Your inbox.
Your choice.

Where the signup form is available, submitting it shares your email address directly with beehiiv. This notice explains Donoven Francis’s email-update service. Reviewed September 30, 2026.

What you can receive

Occasional emails about Donoven Francis’s races, new race reports and important milestones, with links back to his website. Not an email for every small site edit.

Only after you confirm

The form asks for your email address and explicit consent. New subscribers must confirm through an email link before receiving updates. No name, birthday or telephone number is requested. This email service is intended for adults aged 18 and over.

Easy to leave

Each update includes an unsubscribe link. You can also ask Chaun Harper to remove you from the list using the contact below. Unsubscribing stops future newsletter updates; a limited suppression record may be retained to respect your choice.

Who handles your information

Chaun Harper manages Donoven’s updates through CE&C Professional Management. Beehiiv supplies the signup form, subscriber storage, confirmation and email delivery. Your address and subscription status are used to provide the updates you request and manage consent and unsubscribes, not to supply sponsors with their own marketing lists.

What the service records

Beehiiv receives your address directly when you submit its form. It also processes technical and activity information, which can include IP address, browser details, signup time and source, consent and confirmation records, delivery information and email interactions. Our signup integration does not read your entered email address, add it to website analytics events, or store it itself. Beehiiv handles the form and may use cookies or similar technologies.

Subscriber information is retained to operate the list while you subscribe. Limited records may remain for suppression, security and applicable recordkeeping needs. Contact Chaun to request access, correction or deletion; requests are handled with beehiiv, subject to those needs. For beehiiv’s own processing, international transfers and privacy rights, see its privacy policy.
